National Safety and Risk, LLC — Communications Terms and Conditions

These Communications Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern telephone calls and text messages sent by National Safety and Risk, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with insurance verification and audit services. By providing consent to be contacted — whether directly to us or through an insurance carrier or program client for whom we act as an authorized service provider — you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
National Safety and Risk, LLC performs insurance-related verification, audit, and customer-care services as an authorized service provider on behalf of our insurance carrier and program clients. When you apply for or hold an insurance policy or product through one of our clients, we may contact you by telephone and, where permitted, by text message to verify and confirm information in connection with an insurance application, policy, or audit. These communications are transactional. We do not send marketing or promotional calls or text messages under this program.
2. How We Contact You
Our telephone calls may be placed and conducted by:
- Live representatives; and
- Automated technology, including automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice, and artificial intelligence (AI) voice technology.
Where a call uses AI or prerecorded/artificial voice technology, we will identify that at the beginning of the call. We may also leave voicemail messages. Text messages, where used, are sent for the transactional purposes described above.
3. Consent to Be Contacted
When you apply for or hold an insurance policy or product through one of our clients, that client obtains your consent to be contacted by telephone and text message, and that consent extends to the client's authorized service providers, including us. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number(s) you or our client provide, and that you are authorized to consent to receive communications at those number(s).
4. Call Recording
Calls to or from us may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, verification, and record-keeping purposes. Where a call is recorded, we will notify you at the beginning of the call. By continuing with the call after that notice, you consent to the recording.
5. Message Frequency and Rates
Call and message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of the applicable insurance application, policy, or audit. For text messages, message and data rates may apply and are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's capabilities and coverage; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Opting Out
Text messages: You may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text you receive from us. We will send a final confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive texts from this program. Replying STOP stops text messages only and does not stop telephone calls.
Telephone calls: You may stop calls at any time by telling our representative or automated system during a call that you wish to stop receiving calls (for example, by saying "stop" or "remove me"), or by contacting us at 216-393-8222 or cstahler@natsr.com. We honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable means and will process them within a reasonable time.

7. Privacy
Information you provide in connection with these communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://natsr.com/. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in and consent data will not be shared with any third parties.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may modify or terminate this communications program, or these Terms, at any time. Changes are effective when posted. The effective date above indicates when these Terms were last revised.
